Add Agent commission van Module+$125
$125 per month = approx. $4.16 a day
No setup fee
This add on module will upgrade your van run in the base system to allow for special location along with charging and managing commissions.
Add Online Client Booking Portal & Online Payments +$15
$15 per month = $.50 per day (Current March 2019)

This add on module to the base system will allow the resort to offer on line booking & online payments via PayPal and Braintree accounts, from the client direct into the system allowing them to update their personal details, upload vaccination certificates and pet photographs, make bookings and (ultimately) pay online. Many of the portal web pages are totally customisable or have ‘preamble’ sections which can be designed by our clients. Furthermore – for those who really want to get down and dirty – we will provide a facility for clients to ‘attach’ their own web page content to the Portal (typically CSS for theme/cosmetic changes although other advanced applications will be possible). The Portal has been written to allow a customisable ‘plugin’ to be added by Pet Tech Pro programmers to enforce any rules you want to apply to bookings. Implementing these rules will involve programming by Pet Tech Pro staff and can be arranged via our Customer Request facility.
Add Data extra plan 10GB + $3.75
$3.75 per month for 10GB
This add on will increase your data base plan by 10GB. This fee will be automatically added to your monthly subscription once your database exceeds the 44GB included as part of your Base or Bare subscriptions packages. This plan will be added in 10GB packages as needed by your system.
Add Pet Space Module+$15
$15 per month = $0.5c per day

This add on module to the base system will allow users to offer a on line pet report portal. Though this portal the resort can set up the clients details and set a date the report is due. on the due date or before your staff can log in and upload a picture of the pet and a comment. the client will then log in using the details you provided them and sees the report of the said pet.
Pet Space stand-alone version +$61.50
$61.50 per month = $2.05 a day

This stand-alone version will allow users to offer a on line pet report portal. Add Referral Agent & Promo Vouchers Module +$125
$125 per month = approx. $4.16 a day
No setup fee
This add on module to the base system will allow the resort to set up referral agents (pet shops, vets, groomers ect) and offer an intensive in return for commission. The module will track and manage referrals and provide a end of month report along with statement for each referral agent in order for you to pay owning commission. Further this module will allow you to set up voucher codes that clients can use to get discounts off activities and stay.
Fees and Charges
1. All fees and charges are subject to change without notice to you or your business. Prices above only apply if signed up after 27/5/14
2. Subscription fees are based on per business address and seperate training names where applicable. e.g Company, Abcde Pty Ltd is trading as Pet Resort One located at: 1 example st, and Pet Resort two at: 20 example st. This business would require a separate subscription for both business/addresses.
3. You agree to pay the fees and charges at the rates applicable to the current prices advertised on Coda Associates web site as of the date of payment is due regardless of the relevant rates:
(a) when you made the agreement for your software subscription(s) for the use of Pet Tech Pro.
(b) paid by you or your business under previous user agreements for the subscription of your Pet Tech Pro software/data base(s).
